Harena Manasoa France is a French association govern by the law of July 1st 1901.
Harena Manasoa France brings together within the same community individuals, volunteers, employees and friends of the association, who adhere to its fundamental principles, contribute to their promotion and share the same values. They are members of the Harena Manasoa France community.

The purpose of this document is to describe code of conducts that members of the association's community must observe in their activities for and on behalf of the association.
The association is apolitical and secular and therefore cannot pursue direct or indirect political objectives or take political positions.
The political and/or religious commitments and opinions of the members of the community do not bind Harena Manasoa France.
